Janice Lienhart appeals from the summary judgment order entered by the district court in favor of Caribbean Hospitality Services, Inc. in her claim for injuries she sustained when she was struck by a vehicle while reclining on a beach chair on the public beach next to the Aruba Grand Beach Resort and Casino.
