Anacleto S. Cayat ("Cayat") appeals from the decision of the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims ("Veterans Court") affirming the decision of the Board of Veterans' Appeals ("Board") denying his claim for service-connected disability. Cayat v. Nicholson, No. 04-66, 2005 WL 419074 (Vet.App. Feb.18, 2005) ("Decision"). We affirm.
