On the motion of defendants Earth Resource Mapping, Inc., and Earth Resource Mapping Pty Ltd. (collectively "ERM"), the district court granted summary judgment, holding that ERM did not infringe U.S. Patent No. 5,710,835 ("the '835 patent"), and that the patent was invalid.
