Plaintiff, Wendy A. Vickery ("Vickery"), has appealed from the jury verdict and judgment entered against her in the above-styled case in which she unsuccessfully sued her employer, defendant, Cavalier Home Builders, LLC ("Cavalier"), for an alleged violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq.
