Commerce Title and Abstract Company (Commerce Title) and its employee, attorney Yvette Bergeron, appeal a judgment in favor of Timothy and Janice Bailey, awarding damages on their legal malpractice claim. The Baileys have answered the appeal. The judgment is reverse in part and affirm in part.
