PER CURIAM:
Alladin Dunne appeals his conviction after a bench trial of one count of simple assault, a violation of D.C.Code § 22-404 (2001). He argues that the trial judge erred in finding him guilty on insufficient evidence and in failing to grant his post-trial motion to vacate his sentence and bar his further prosecution on grounds of prosecutorial misconduct.
