Defendant, Michael E. Hall, filed a post-conviction petition alleging his guilty plea to the offense of aggravated kidnapping was involuntary. The circuit court of Macon County dismissed defendant's petition at the second stage of the proceedings, and the appellate court affirmed the circuit court's judgment.
