Plaintiffs, Dorothy and Carl Legg (the "Leggs"), filed a seven-count complaint in an Alabama state court against several defendants, including some Wyeth entities, Indevus Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and three Wyeth sales representatives. Wyeth removed this case to federal court, contending that the Plaintiffs fraudulently joined three of Wyeth's sales representatives as defendants in an effort to defeat federal diversity jurisdiction.
