Derrick Ellis, petitioner, seeks to quash an order of the circuit court approving the Florida Parole Commission's (FPC) revocation of his conditional release. One of the petitioner's contentions is that the order of the FPC wrongfully disregarded findings of the hearing examiner which were based on competent substantial evidence.
