OPINION AND ORDER

THRASH, District Judge.

This is a civil rights action brought under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1988. The Plaintiff asserts violations of her rights secured by the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution. It is before the Court on the Plaintiff's Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order and/or Temporary Injunction [Doc. 4]. For the reasons set forth below, the Plaintiff's motion is DENIED.
