¶ 1. A. Ray Beezley ("Ray") and Cheryl Beezley were granted a divorce. Neither party hired an attorney for the divorce proceedings. Cheryl drafted the parties' child custody and property settlement, which Ray signed. The agreement required Ray to pay $5,000 per month in spousal support "without limitations." The agreement stipulated that the spousal support obligation was not to be considered alimony, and Ray was not allowed to deduct...
