The appellant, Sha Tauvius Nash, appeals from the circuit court's revocation of his probation. On April 19, 2004, Nash pleaded guilty to one count of possession of marijuana in the first degree, a violation of § 13A-12-213, Ala.Code 1975, and one count of failure to affix tax stamps, a violation of § 40-17A-4, Ala.Code 1975.
