¶ 1 Michael Thurman appeals from the judgment of sentence entered against him in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County on August 6, 2004 after being found guilty of various drug offenses. Specifically, Thurman challenges the trial court's order denying his motion to suppress evidence that was impounded pursuant to an inventory search for Thurman's failure to have valid automobile registration and insurance.
