Joel Cartwright appeals his 87-month sentence, imposed after pleading guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute one thousand kilograms or more of marijuana and a detectable amount of hashish, in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1903(j). Among other things, Cartwright appeals the application of an enhancement for acting as a "pilot, copilot, captain, navigator, ... or any other operation officer" on a boat carrying controlled substances.
