Petitioners Ivonne Tulengkey and Reynaldo Situmorang are natives and citizens of Indonesia. They challenge the Board of Immigration Appeals' (BIA's) decision summarily affirming an Immigration Judge's (IJ's) denial of asylum and restriction on removal.
