¶ 1. After a trial, the Chancery Court of Harrison County entered a judgment that, among other holdings, modified an earlier agreed judgment of paternity to adjust the father's visitation with the minor child. Mark Balius, the father, raises thirteen assignments of error attacking aspects of the trial, judgment, and other proceedings.
