Timothy Day and his wife, Donna Day, appeal their convictions and sentences for one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371, and 43 counts of mail fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1341. Timothy Day was sentenced to 121 months imprisonment, and Donna Day was sentenced to 63 months imprisonment.
