We have for review a referee's report regarding alleged ethical breaches by Rita Stein. We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 15, Fla. Const.

The referee found respondent guilty of eight violations of the Rules Regulating the Florida Bar and recommended the discipline of one year of probation. In its petition for review, The Florida Bar challenges the recommended discipline and claims that a ninety-day suspension is more appropriate....
