PROCEDURAL HISTORY

¶ 1. On August 11, 2004, the Grenada County Circuit Court tried Glenn Allen Lewis on one charge of armed robbery. The jury found Lewis guilty. Consequently, the circuit court sentenced Lewis to an eighteen-year term in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
