Shuron Spencer, the defendant in a Superior Court criminal action, appeals from his conviction and from the Superior Court's denial of Spencer's motion for acquittal of two counts of second degree assault, two counts of possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony ("PFDCF"), and one count of possession of a deadly weapon by a person prohibited.
