MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

FULLER, Chief Judge.

This case arises out of the Alabama State Bar's refusal to allow Eric Cox ("Cox") double time to take the Alabama bar examination as an accommodation of his disabilities of Attention Deficit Disorder ("ADD") and Dyslexia. Cox brings claims against the Alabama State Bar ("Alabama Bar") for violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), 42 U.S.C. § 12117.1
