BLUE, J.

The motion for summary judgment now before the court presents the question of whether the term "land," used in a property damage insurance policy, encompasses buildings as well as unimproved ground area. For the reasons briefly stated below, the court finds that the answer to this question is in the affirmative. The motion for summary judgment filed by insurer Hartford Casualty Insurance Company (Hartford), the defendant, must consequently be denied.
