¶ 1 V.H. (Mother) appeals from the order terminating her parental rights to her eight-year old daughter, S.H. (Child). The trial court terminated Mother's parental rights pursuant to 23 Pa.C.S. § 2511(a)(2), (5), and (8), based on Mother's long-term addictions to drugs and alcohol, her mental health problems, and Child's need for permanency and stability.
