In this appeal, we consider whether the entry of judgment of sentence in New York State following the entry of a guilty plea is required for Pennsylvania to consider a licensee "convicted" for purposes of the Driver's License Compact (Compact), 75 Pa.C.S. §§ 1581-1586.1 Because the Commonwealth Court held, under the specific facts of this case, that entry of judgment of sentence was required...
