HOLMES, Chief Judge.

This matter comes before the Court for sentencing pursuant to a plea of guilty entered by Defendant Leslie Allan Barkley on October 14, 2004 in accordance with Fed.R.Crim.P. 11. The Court now must determine whether, and in what manner, to apply the United States Sentencing Guidelines promulgated under the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984 (the "Act") in light of Blakely v. Washington, 542 U.S. 296
