Gregory Alan Kokal, a prisoner under sentence of death, appeals an order of the circuit court denying a successive motion for postconviction relief under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Additionally, Kokal appeals an order of the circuit court denying his motion to disqualify the trial judge, and further presents a claim of a violation of his due process rights caused by the State's alleged loss of evidence.
