Michael Peters appeals his conviction after a jury trial for sale of a firearm and ammunition to a convicted felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(d)(1) and 924(a)(2). Peters argues that the district court improperly denied his motion for judgment of acquittal, and that § 922(d) is an unconstitutional exercise of Congress' commerce power.
