Following a bench trial, defendant Reginald Cross (Cross) was convicted of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and unlawful use of a weapon by a felon. Defendant Hershey Martin (Martin) was convicted of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of cannabis with intent to deliver.
