Richard Thomas Adams appeals his 60-month sentence imposed for conspiracy to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(B) and 846. On appeal, Adams argues that the district court erred by assessing him one criminal history point for a 1991 conviction, because the offense occurred outside the ten-year window provided for in U.S.S.G. § 4A1.2(e)(2).
