Plaintiff, Ernest N. Souhlas, Jr., is appealing a March 15, 2004 judgment confirming the jury verdict rendered on March 11, 2004 and an April 20, 2004 judgment denying plaintiff's motions for a new trial and judgment notwithstanding the verdict.
