¶ 1. Sanqarell Antonio Jerninghan was indicted for the May 13, 2003 sale of $50 worth of crack cocaine to a confidential informant working for the Tri-County Narcotics Task Force in Mississippi. Jerninghan's trial was held November 13, 2003, at the Neshoba County Circuit Court where the jury returned a verdict of guilty. Jerninghan was sentenced to twenty years imprisonment in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections...
