This case arises out of an automobile accident between Michael David Burchfield ("Burchfield") and Sandra Singleton ("Singleton") on October 28, 2002. Plaintiffs filed suit on October 4, 2004, in the Circuit Court of Bullock County, Alabama, alleging negligence and wantonness against Burchfield and asking for uninsured motorist coverage from their insurer, Alfa Insurance Company...
