On October 14, 2003, the Defendant, David Lee Leger, was indicted by a grand jury with being a principal in the first degree murders of Brandy Vickers, Jennifer Leger, and Michelle Aucoin. He was also indicted on three counts of solicitation for murder and three counts of criminal conspiracy for his alleged involvement in the three murders.
