Plaintiff's Arkady Aginsky and Sharlota Aginsky1 claim defendant Farmers Insurance Exchange ("Farmers") breached an insurance contract. Before me is Farmers' Motion for Summary Judgment (# 8). For the following reasons, I grant Farmers' motion for summary judgment.
