Larry Eldon Dage, Jr. and his wife, Kathy Edward Dage, filed suit against John and Janiece Obed, Frank Ricks d/b/a All Phase Service Company, Inc., and American Exterminating Company on May 30, 2001. The Dages alleged that they purchased a commercial property located at 215 Trenton Street, West Monroe, Louisiana, for $147,500 from the Obeds on May 30, 2000. Plaintiffs sought a diminution in the purchase price of the building because of redhibitory defects...
