Plaintiffs Hamid Ansari and Broadband Utility Resources, L.P. (BUR) filed suit in Colorado district court against defendant Qwest Communications Corp. alleging several claims. Qwest petitioned to compel arbitration in Colorado based on the parties' agreement that disputes would be settled by arbitration.
