FACTS

¶ 1. This appeal arises from the tragic death of Muriel White. Around 10:20 a.m. on September 5, 2001, Muriel and her husband, Alfred White, visited the Rainbow Casino in Vicksburg. Like many casinos, Rainbow serves its guests complimentary alcohol while they gamble. While Muriel gambled, Rainbow employees served her six eight-ounce servings of beer.
