OPINION BY McCAFFERY, J.:

¶ 1 Appellant, Alvin M. Millisock, appeals from the judgment of sentence entered in the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas, following his guilty plea to three counts each of aggravated assault1 and simple assault,2 and one count each of resisting arrest,3 obstructing administration of law4 and disorderly conduct.
