This is a case where a man's estate is seeking damages related to his death. Thomas Flanders died of mesothelioma, most likely due to asbestos exposure. It is alleged that a significant exposure to asbestos occurred when he worked at a Texaco refinery in Lawrenceville, Illinois, where a catalytic cracker unit was allegedly manufactured by M.W. Kellogg Company (M.W. Kellogg) in 1950. Asbestos was used as insulation...
