Defendant-Appellant Paul Frederick Glover, Jr. pled guilty to conspiracy to manufacture and distribute 500 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. He was sentenced to 252 months incarceration to be followed by five years of supervised release. On appeal, he contends that his sentence was improperly increased based upon facts which were not charged...
