Upon consideration of the motion to clarify the court's order issued on June 29, 2005, staying the judgment of the court of appeals,

IT IS ORDERED by the court that the motion is granted to the following extent: The trial court may proceed with a trial of the charges against the defendant but is stayed from entering a sentence, should the defendant be convicted.

PFEIFER, J., would dissolve the stay in its entirety.
