¶ 1. Carlton Dearman pled guilty to the sale of a controlled substance in violation of Mississippi Code Annotated section 41-29-139 (Rev.2004). Dearman was sentenced to serve thirty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections with twenty years suspended, five years of post-release supervision, and a fine of $250.
