The plaintiff, Marion G. Olson, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the defendant, Bristol-Burlington health district, after the court granted the defendant's motion to strike the plaintiff's complaint. At issue is whether the allegations contained in the plaintiff's complaint were adequate to state a cause of action for negligent infliction of emotional distress. Because we answer that question in the affirmative, we reverse...
