Seattle Police received an anonymous tip that Ronald Luther was using the Internet to obtain sexually explicit pictures of children. Luther eventually was charged with seven separate counts of possessing depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, contrary to RCW 9.68A.070, and waived his right to a jury trial. The court ultimately found Luther not guilty of the charged counts but guilty of one count of attempted possession of depictions...
