¶ 1. On February 10, 1999, Bessie Necaise deeded a parcel of property to her five children, subject to a life estate, as joint tenants with the right of survivorship. The children included Janell Wilson, Nelda Ladner, Elroy Necaise, Guy Necaise, and Sharon Shaw. Bessie died on July 20, 2000.
