("Maverick"), wherein the district court cancelled Maverick's vessel hull design registration in the United States Copyright Office, denied Maverick's claims against American Marine Holdings, Inc. ("AMH") and Blazer Boats, Inc. ("Blazer") for copyright infringement and trade dress infringement, and awarded AMH and Blazer...
