Royal Steve Jackson was charged by amended information with one count of sexual battery and one count of burglary of a dwelling with assault or battery. He was found guilty of both charges after a jury trial. Jackson was sentenced to 15 years in prison on Count I, and life imprisonment on Count II, to be served concurrently with the sentence for Count I.
