MYRON H. THOMPSON, District Judge.

In 1994, defendant James Lee Trammell, Jr. was convicted and sentenced for drug trafficking and conspiracy, as well as several firearms charges. His sentences for the trafficking and conspiracy counts were later vacated on a § 2255 motion. Trammell is now due to be resentenced. Before the court are several disputed Sentencing Guidelines issues that must be resolved prior to resentencing.
