BRIDGES, P.J., for the Court.

¶ 1. Following a collision between Robert S. Good and Kermit L. Indreland, Good filed a negligence action against Indreland in the Circuit Court of Jackson County. After two days of hearing evidence and argument of counsel, the jury returned a verdict for Indreland. Aggrieved, Good has appealed and now comes before this Court raising five issues, which are as follows:
