[¶ 1] Karen Black appealed from a revised judgment granting Donald Richmond's motion for summary judgment dismissing Black's petition to contest the last will and testament of her mother, Lois Helen Richmond, and ordering Black as the personal representative to distribute the estate in accordance with the provisions of the will.
